Webinivo ("we", "us") operates Webinivo and provides a webinar hosting platform to creators and businesses ("Hosts") in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect from Hosts and their attendees, and how we use it.

We collect account information (name, work email, mobile number), workspace details, billing information, and webinar engagement data such as registrations, attendance and chat messages. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is used to operate the platform: sending registration confirmations and reminders, running live and evergreen webinars, generating analytics, and processing payments and GST invoices.

Hosts may connect their own email (SMTP/SES/Resend) and WhatsApp Cloud API accounts. Delivery of messages through those channels is governed by the Host's own account with that provider.

Account and webinar data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law.
