Refund Policy

All plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. There is no free trial; please review plan features on the pricing page before subscribing.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle but can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals.

Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months if cancelled within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but remain active until term end.

In case of duplicate charges or a major service outage caused by us, we issue a full or partial refund or credit at our discretion.

Contact us through the Contact page with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
