Connect WhatsApp Business Cloud API

1. 1In Meta Business Manager, set up the WhatsApp Cloud API and create a permanent access token.
2. 2Open Settings → Channels and enter the Phone number ID, the WhatsApp Business Account ID and the access token.
3. 3Click Connect. We check the details with Meta and load your approved templates.

WhatsApp messages use templates approved by Meta. When you create a WhatsApp notification, choose a template and map each variable to a value such as the first name or the joining link.
