• Live — you present in real time from the host console.
• Pre-recorded (evergreen) — a video you uploaded, or one of your published recordings, plays at the scheduled time like a live session. You can add simulated chat from a CSV script. Available on plans with pre-recorded webinars.
• Instant — opens a live room straight away, for a quick session.

Stable streaming suits large audiences and slower connections. Interactive mode has the lowest delay. Choose it per webinar under Edit.
